Hi, I'm Laura!
Since 2015 I've been partnering with ambitious leaders to achieve their business objectives by improving customer experiences, smoothing ways of working and streamlining internal processes.
I combine business acumen, deep listening, strategic thinking, service design, facilitation and coaching skills.
Since 2023, I've also been growing 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗦.𝗖𝗢 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶: the only Regeneration Lab in the Dolomites, blending regeneration of mind, body, business and communities.
