Design as a MINDSET
Design is about embracing uncertainty with creativity and innovation at every stage of problem-solving. It’s not just about aesthetics but about a holistic approach to challenges, combining empathy, exploration, collaboration, solution definition and iteration. It's a human-centered approach that takes into consideration desirability, feasibility, viability and sustainability.
By adopting design as a mindset, organizations can break down complex problems, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change for both users and the business.
Since 2019 I've had the honour to empower 150+ students and professionals to apply design as a mindset to create value in their (future) organisations.
Design as CULTURE
I truly believe design has a special power to foster collaborative environments in which professionals are free to create using their minds, hearts and guts. Through this holistic understanding, creative and innovative solutions are crafted to solve business challenges.
That's how an innovation culture is embodied within organisations, be them large or small companies, public or private.
My offer to companies and startups consist of tailored Innovation trainings and Masterclasses.
Both programs are designed to be hands-on, collaborative journeys where professionals and teams design solutions to business problems.
